Texas Tea-Light
A dollop of banana whipped cream and a banana coin add a tropical touch to two holiday hallmarks: good bourbon and good tea.
Ingredients
2 oz. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew (or Small Batch) Bourbon8 oz. Earl Grey Tea
1/2 oz. Vanilla Syrup
Banana Whipped Cream
In a footed mug, steep Earl Grey Tea. Add bourbon and syrup and stir. Hand-whip banana cream and layer on top. Garnish with a banana coin and grated chocolate.
