Ladies and gentlemen, introducing Lady Bird: Our Cask-Strength HoneyDew finished in XO Cognac barrels. Donnis Todd has done it again and you are not going to want to miss out on your bottle of Lady Bird.

These 4-5 year old bourbon barrels were selected for the natural honey notes they displayed before being aged an additional 8-9 months with honey-infused oak cubes. The liquid was then aged in exquisite French Cognac XO casks for an additional 3 years, resulting in a harmonious blend of unparalleled flavor and elegance. This double-finished masterpiece reflects the perfect balance between sweet honey notes and the rich complexity of cognac.

Bottled at a 114-proof, this is the perfect sipping whiskey with a finish that’s long enough to feel like a vacation.

Bottles will be $179.99 and will be limited to just one per person over the age of 21.  $5 from every Lady Bird bottle sold will be donated to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center to preserve the native plants of North America. If you’re unable to make it to the ranch, we will also be having a retail release in the weeks following this event, so keep an eye out at your favorite local retailer.

As with our other releases this year, we respectfully ask that no guests camp overnight in their cars and that no guests take to the skies to reach the distillery in helicopters. As much as we’d love to party with y’all through the night, having that many bourbon fans at once can be a bit too much for little old Hye-Albert Road to handle.
