This year, we’ve rolled up our sleeves and are planting a hundred new trees and scattering wildflower seeds, which helps keep our local bees buzzin’ and our landscape pretty as a picture.

Circle May 11th on your calendars because that’s when we throw open the gates at 8 AM for the grand release shindig right here at the distillery. The first thousand bottles of this limited 2024 batch are up for grabs, and it’s first come, first served. Not only will you get to enjoy a glass of this fine spirit, but you’ll also learn a thing or two about what we’re doin’ to protect and preserve the beauty of our great state, straight from the experts at the Wildflower Center who’ll be setting up shop with us.
If you can’t make it out to Hye, don’t worry. The remaining 6,002 bottles will be available online by mid-May and will hit shelves at select retailers, restaurants, and bars all over the country.
