Flight of the Pollinator

This garden-in-a-glass is a floral masterpiece, bringing together a bouquet of light, mellow herbal notes that meld perfectly with the hibiscus-infused HoneyDew bourbon.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Infused with Hibiscus
.25 oz. Bertina Elderflower (Substitute: Barspoon Blood Orange Liqueur)
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Honey
Barspoon Creme de Violet

GARNISH
Dried Hibiscus

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and shake vigorously. Double strain into a couple glass and garnish with dried hibiscus.

Hibiscus Infused HoneyDew
10 parts HoneyDew
1 part Dried Hibiscus Leaves

Weigh Honeydew to determine dried hibiscus amount. Combine in a container and cover, allow steep for 4 hours. Strain back into a bottle and store at room temperature.
