Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon 1/4-1/2 oz. Aperol 1/2 oz. Strawberry Syrup 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice 2 Dashes Burlesque Bitters Prosecco
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except Prosecco) in a shaking tin and add ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a strawberry and mint.
