Hye Reserve Tasting
Exclusive Bourbon Experience
Ready to elevate your bourbon palate? Join us at the distillery for our new Hye Reserve tasting experience. You’ll take a seat at our custom-made, private bar and sample our coveted Balmorhea, Guadalupe, Cowboy, and Laguna Madre bourbons in the Texas sunshine.
Hye Reserve tastings are $70 per person, with 9 seats available at each tasting. Tastings are offered at 1:45 PM on Thursdays, and Fridays and Saturdays at 11:45 AM and 3:45 PM.
When you arrive at the distillery for your reservation, check in at the tent outside the Whiskey Shack or inside the gift shop. Keep in mind that while the Hye Reserve bar is covered, it is outdoors, so plan accordingly. Tastings will proceed rain or shine.
