Garrison Brothers is the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas. Dan Garrison founded it in 2006 on a hilltop in Hye, in the Texas Hill Country. We fired up the still in 2008 and filled our first bottles in 2010.
Every drop is made here, grain to glass. We mill, cook, distill, barrel and age it all on the ranch, then cork every bottle, wrap it in deerskin lace and dip it in hot wax by hand. The brutal Hill Country summers drive the bourbon deep into the oak, and that heat is what makes Texas whiskey taste like nothing else.

Every bottle of Garrison Brothers Texas bourbon is milled, cooked, distilled, barreled and aged at our distillery in Hye. Our Babies run from 80-proof HoneyDew to uncut, unfiltered Cowboy Bourbon, and you can find them in all 50 states.
