STORY: Last year, the JAK team, including Jack, Tom and Toby, tasted a variety of barrels with Owner/Proprietor, Dan Garrison, and Master Distiller, Donnis Todd, at the distillery. Jack and Tom then each picked a barrel to blend together - the perfect combination for a single barrel program. We returned to the distillery in December to filter, cut, bottle and label each bottle. The result is a silky and smooth bourbon with a full and long finish. Tasting notes include toasted marshmallow, dried fruit, toffee, roasted nuts and graham cracker.
